Hi there,
I am using Home windows 7 Best in a Dell laptop Elizabeth1705 as a test. When I installed the Operating-system, my laptop had a quite older battery that will totally release after only 5 a few minutes, the battery meter seemed to detect this correctly and switched off the Computer accordingly. I purchased a brand-new battery straight from DELL and it appears to refresh and release as anticipated (continues 3 hrs). But the Windows 7 battery meter appears to 'keep in mind' the outdated battery behaivor or something can be really wrong with it. When I are on battery, actually tough the battery meter reviews 99% billed it displays a yellow aware and tells me that the battery is definitely reduced. When the battery reaches around 77% or 80% charge it shows me the battery is usually vital and becomes the pc off!! If I turn on the computer again after this, it retains informing me the battery is usually vital at 80%!!! I can keep working normally (with now a reddish alarm) for 2 and a half hours like this and when lastly the cost reaches 1% Windows does not really detect that is usually really vital and does not really shutdown the personal computer. The battery will basically drain totally and the laptop will turn off suddenly. I examined the battery health and cost in thé DELL bios ánd it seems proper. The Windows battery meter reviews the charge correctly, it is the activities it will take that are wrong. How can I alter this??? How can I inform windows not really to shutdown át 80% battery cost but at 10%. Any tips how to solve this??? Give thanks to you.
